Students will learn how to make contact with stockbreeders, preserve the meat, and sell it. Since they are students and do not have the financial means to start this kind of business, they will be able to seek funding from supermarkets that sell beef steaks in large quantities. Once the students have mastered the process and found funding, they will be able to manage themselves.
