Reconnect provides a creative solution to change the situation of many excluded persons through a paradigm shift. That is, instead of confining people to a permanent address, Reconnect creates a virtual address by associating a number with each individual subscriber. In addition, this concept is unique since, in contrast to other low-cost solutions, it does not use mobile handsets that can inhibit telephone access.

Reconnect allows the socially excluded to get back in touch with their families, friends, public administration and employers. Excluded persons can thus begin the process of social and professional reinsertion.
