Distance training is being used by students and especially professionals more and more. Training requires that learners be grouped into teams to resolve situational problems. This organizational innovation improves the framework where workgroups are carried out: on the distance training platform, teams must exchange for 35 minutes in a synchronized manner. And each team member must submit their individual work in the team’s forum space in 3 messages.
