About the project Edit

Katimavik is the most significant volunteer service for young people in Canada. It gives them a chance to participate in intensive volunteer learning programs to make a difference for themselves and for Canadian communities.

Our volunteers work full-time for non-profit organizations that play a key role in developing Canadian communities.

Katimavik counts on partners that serve fragile, marginalized communities in the population in various sectors of activity like social services, helping the disadvantaged, sports and leisure, the environment, as well as arts and culture.
