About the project Edit

Developing a network for distance learning (e-learning, e-coaching, e-management, etc.) to help organizations mobilize collective intelligence. Mobilizing, training, and certifying coaches, facilitators, and consultants in collective intelligence coaching. Creating a highly qualified team that instruct social engineering of CI within organizations. Assisting with behavioural transformation and implementation of collaborative technologies.


In what ways is this project unique and creative? Edit

It embodies the unique character of Francophonie on a global scale. The French language is quite semantically advanced and favours the development of CI. In the long term, we will become an international reference on CI.

What is the social value of this project? Edit

Developing quality connections and relationships that favour collective intelligence. Promoting health and well being within organizations by developing creativity, adaptive abilities, strong cohesion, etc., which can be applied in complex or uncertain situations.

What is the potential of this project to expand and develop? Edit

Every Francophone country in the world that is, about 50 countries. How can we mobilize these 50 countries to contribute to the development of collective intelligence and an awakening of advanced cultural awareness on a global scale?

What was the triggering factor of this project? Edit

A passionate interest in brain processes and human consciousness. An interest in the functioning of collective intelligence. A desire to raise awareness that group psyche is a veritable tool for emancipation, raising collective awareness, increasing performance, and creating connections.

What is the business model of this project? Edit

Training agents of change in IC (IC coaches, guides, consultants, facilitators, etc.) to work within organizations. Teaching and training through distance facilities. Social engineering and assistance within social, solidarity, and economic organizations in the public and private sectors within 3 to 5 years.
