It’s to create a group of residential, commercial and/or artisanal housing developed on natural sites in rural areas that by focusing on housing and infrastructures on less than 30% of site area by giving priority to preserving the natural environment.

The build can be made up of different types of construction, but preference is given to multi-units like condos, multi-apartments, row houses with commercial services and associated crafts.

The basic idea is to get inspiration from a rural type of housing or “hamlet” that is mostly developed in southern Europe in past centuries.
