About the project Edit

Farmhopping is a initative that aims to bring the power of crowdfunding to small farms in Bulgaria. Led by recent business school graduate Rossi Mitova, Farmhopping will soon launch its website and a pilot project in a small Bulgarian farm, Farm Perun.

Farmhopping's goal is to create financing opportunities for small-scale farmers by connecting farms with backers who will invest a small sum. In return, investors get rewards like shipments of cheese or milk, and have a say on how the farm is managed.
