About the project Edit

The Academies of Creation’s objective is to provide an innovative and efficient transition from the end of studies to active professional life.

- A phase to study cutting-edge techniques that gives students a high level of learning.
- Preparing for the future by involving recognized world opinion leaders who give their own vision of the future.
- Then every student, either alone or in a group, produces an innovative work. To do so, they are supported by the Academy’s teaching staff to help them understand the most advanced and modern techniques, but also, from a psychological standpoint by coaches in innovation.
- Finally, the Academy helps them enter into professional life either in a company or by launching their own start-up.


In what ways is this project unique and creative? Edit

It energizes entry into or the return to professional life so that students come not only with initial experience, but an experience that is truly very innovative and, therefore, is a real plus for the company that hires them.

What is the social value of this project? Edit

It helps in the fight against unemployment at two levels:

- Youth unemployment since the Academies allow people to respond to a question asked by businesses: What is your initial experience? By its very definition, young people finishing school or university have little or none at all. Again, if they do have some experience, what they have is a real bonus to the company in its innovative character and high level.

What is the potential of this project to expand and develop? Edit

Very important. We are already working on a program of eight Academies in the Mediterranean region (Greece, Amman), but the project has now expanded to the rest of Europe (Warsaw, Tampere and Budapest) and to Asia (Shanghai, Seoul, Taipei and Bangkok).

What was the triggering factor of this project? Edit

Bringing the people of the Mediterranean region closer together by giving them a real future.

What is the business model of this project? Edit

To launch with the help of public assistance (European and regional funds, the Asian Development Bank, etc.), then a pay-for-study system. These studies benefit banks that are very interested since they know that students will have meaningful work experience upon leaving the Academy and could then repay everything by becoming interesting clients.
